Trojan tennis at NCHSAA Regional

Seniors Spencer Kieft & doubles team of John Yokley-Colton Wood advanced to Round two with straight set wins at the 2018 NCHSAA 4A Mideast Regional Tennis Tournament. The Trojans qualified for NCHSAA play by reaching the semifinals of the SWAC Championships. Congrats to our Trojans for a terrific season for Coach Walls' Garner squad. We'll be following Mr. Kieft next season at Methodist College tennis.

Bloms, Stigler named Head Coaches of Garner Basketball
Kent Bloms promoted to Head Varsity Coach of Garner Basketball & William Stigler takes over Varsity Girls Head Coach duties. Bloms led the Garner JV program to 66 straight wins and 4 consecutive conference titles. Stigler lead the JV girls squad to 19-2 season this year, including 15 straight wins to conclude the year.
